Join us for Coach Launchpad, a monthly community conversation designed to support coaches through learning, connection, and meaningful discussion. Each month will feature a different guest speaker and topic relevant to professional coaching and leadership development.

Description

Every coach has been ghosted: the client who cancels, goes quiet, never books again. It is rarely about the coaching. Industry research puts renewal after a standard coaching package at 20-30%, and the reasons are structural: shame, missing emotional vocabulary, and nothing holding the work between sessions.

This session unpacks the psychology behind quiet client disengagement and demonstrates, live and visually, the design principles that address it: externalizing patterns so clients can look at them without feeling judged ("my protector is doing X" instead of "I am broken"), making the pattern visible instead of abstract, and anchoring practice between sessions so insight becomes integration.

The session is educational and practical: participants leave with three design principles they can apply in their next session, with the tools they already have. Includes a live demonstration with a volunteer or case example, and 15 minutes of Q&A.
